EXTRA VERGIN OLIVE OIL CORATINA - BORGO AJENI - 500ml

Coratina is a single-variety oil, clear and fairly dense, with a golden green color. It has an intense aroma and is quite refined, with a fresh fruitiness and hints of cut grass, spices, balsamic, and green tomato. The flavor is intense and well-structured, with notes of bitter almond, artichoke, green grass, arugula, and pepper. A sufficiently balanced oil of fine quality, persistent and refined.

It is excellent with legume soups, pasta and legumes, with fairly structured dishes, and also goes well with vegetable purées such as pumpkin and sweet potatoes. Recommended on good fior di latte or dark chocolate ice cream.
