EXTRA VERGIN OLIVE OIL 500ml - BORGO AJENI

Extra virgin olive oil is obtained 50% from the Cellina di Nardò and Oglialora varieties, while the remainder is composed of cultivars that our territory offers: Coratina, Leccino, Picholine, Cime di Melfi, Carolea, and many others.
It is clear to the eye, fairly dense, and yellow-green in color. The aroma is intense and quite refined, with hints of artichoke, green apple, and spices. The intense and fairly structured taste recalls the balsamic and spicy aromas, with a prevalence of rocket and pepper. A well-balanced oil between bitter and spicy, persistent in the mouth, which lends itself to various dishes with its evolving character.
